Founded in 1998, Childress Construction has grown from a local decking specialist to a prominent provider of construction services for residential clients in Midlothian, VA, and the surrounding areas. Over 30 years, we have expanded our skills across a broad range of projects, including decks, porches, pergolas, gazebos, patio installation, porch and deck repairs, and more. Our approach blends traditional techniques with modern solutions, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
Deeply rooted in the Midlothian community, we build lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring every project demonstrates our commitment to superior quality and client satisfaction. Our team holds a Class A Residential Building Contractor License (#2705191924), is fully insured, and is Green Certified. We are active members of the Frame Builders Association (NFBA) and the Western Wood Products Association and are certified builders for Azek and TimberTech products.
